The ribs look good beyond description the taste is to marvelous for words and the sauce is wonderful ( the ingredients ) to much for comprehension. I would like to fathom the depths of your marinade... I won't even begin to describe the smell, well you could only imagine. To say the least... I would say the food was gourmet... "to die for" thanks' for all the good eats.

Great flavor! The ribs kick butt, the sauce is just right. The cornbread - phenom!! The baked beans are amazing, with slices of apples and distinct seasoning all it's own. Always a great meal!

Everything was fantastic and I had so much food and a large group of happy, full and content family members!! Thanks for all the incredible food!! I would love to say one of the dishes was a crowd favorite BUT they loved them all!!!

A little tardy, but very heartfelt, THANK YOU! Tom's birthday bash was awesome...and a big part of the success was due to your exceptional food. Everything was amazing...service, timeliness, quantities and taste...superb! Glad you left me business cards because I've been passing them out! Put some of the leftovers (ribs, brisket and beans) in the freezer...defrosted beans for lunch today...mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm good! Ribs being defrosted for appetizers for family b'days this Saturday! Unfortunately, we are having spaghetti and lasagna...and NOT Full Metal bbq (although the ribs will be a grand addition!). Thanks again. Can't wait until our paths cross again!
